Step 1: Determine Your Required Axle Length

Measure the axle length needed for your application.

Make sure you have clicked on the correct size custom axle product (1″, 1 1/8″, 1 1/2″)

Tip: Double-check all measurements before submitting your order. Custom axles are built to order and cannot be returned.

Step 2: Submit Your Custom Length

Enter your exact axle length in the Order Notes field on the checkout page. Please specify measurements in inches.

Step 3: Review and Confirm

Before placing your order, review all specifications carefully to ensure accuracy.

Step 4: Custom Axle Pricing

An AgLine representative will contact you regarding pricing on your custom axle length. Prices vary based on tube size and axle length. Once approved, custom orders move directly into production.

Step 5: Production & Lead Time

Custom-length axles are manufactured to your specifications. Estimated lead times are 1 week unless stated otherwise. This is 7 business days. Please note AgLine is not open on Saturdays or Sundays. Any order placed after 3pm on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.

Step 6: Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If additional details or clarification are needed, an AgLine representative will contact you before production begins.
