- Claims should include essential details such as product information, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the issue. Supporting documentation, such as photos or videos, is highly recommended.
- Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 business days of the issue.
2. Parts Required for Warranty:
- All parts must be ordered through the AgLine website by the dealer, and a regular invoice will be generated.
- These parts must be listed on the dealer's warranty claim form.
3. Labor Associated with Warranty Claims:
- AgLine will cover labor costs at dealers labor rate for warranty-related work.
- All labor hours must be documented accurately and submitted through the warranty claim form for approval.
- Time allowed can be changed for work preformed
4. Credit Issuance:
- After completing the job and entering all required data into the warranty claim form, dealers must submit the claim for review.
- AgLine will provide an approval or denial notification via email within 24 hours of submission.
- Approved claims will receive an assigned credit, which will be issued to the dealership. Appeals for denied claims must be submitted within 48 hours.
5. Customer Communication:
- AgLine maintains ongoing communication with dealers to provide updates on claim statuses, part shipments, and delivery timelines.
- Dealers are encouraged to keep their customers informed throughout the process to ensure transparency and confidence in the warranty resolution.
